Subject: [PATCH] use public admin.h header
Date: Thu, 24 Sep 2009 11:19:51 +0200
To: bug-Authen-Krb5-Admin [...] rt.cpan.org
From: Ansgar Burchardt <ansgar [...] 43-1.org>
Hi, in MIT Kerberos 1.7 the admin.h header became a public interface, so it is no longer necessary to use a copy instead. I've attached a patch provided by Sam Hartman <hartmans@debian.org> [1]. Regards, Ansgar [1] see http://bugs.debian.org/527260

Subject: [rt.cpan.org #49964] Updated patch for MIT Kerberos 1.8
Date: Sun, 24 Jan 2010 19:04:59 +0900
To: bug-Authen-Krb5-Admin [...] rt.cpan.org
From: Ansgar Burchardt <ansgar [...] 43-1.org>
Hi, MIT Kerberos 1.8 changed the admin interface so the patch had to be updated. I'm attaching the updated patch. This depends on a suggested patch to Authen::Krb5 (see RT#53952). You can also obtain the patch from the Debian Perl Group's SVN repository in case it changes again and I forget to updated this bug report: http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/pkg-perl/trunk/libauthen-krb5-admin-perl/debian/patches/ Regards, Ansgar

Thanks for the patch, your contribution is much appreciated. I have applied an alternative fix for this problem which should allow the module to be built with both the new and older versions of MIT Kerberos. This problem should hopefully be fixed in version 0.13 which has just been uploaded. Regards, Stephen Quinney On Sun Jan 24 05:45:02 2010, ansgar@43-1.org wrote: Show quoted text
