Hi. Module::Install 0.96/0.97 with an API doc is out which describes how to add custom Makefile target by other means ('postamble') 'makemaker_args' and 'WriteMakefile' should also work. I don't think Makefile->write is a good API for this and I tentatively commented out the doc for it, but if you prefer the use of Makefile->write, please reopen this. Thanks.
