missing license and copyright

Hi, I have noticed that MIME-Base32 has no licensing nor copyright statements in the sources. This makes it impossible for people (other that the original copyright holder, whoever that is) to distribute it. It would be nice if you can release a dist that includes license and copyright, for example as POD sections. This will make it possible for Debian to continue to distribute the module.
