That file (and many others in the distribution) is spectacularly badly documented. This is being addressed in the current rewrite. Cheers, Mark. -- Mark Lawrence

SQL-DB development now uses podtidy on Git checkin. Latest development release passes pod tests on my machine. A non-dev release should happen soon. -- Mark Lawrence
