The exchange rate lookup from Swedish Krona to USD appears
to have a decimal point problem:

> gnc-fq-dump currency SEK USD
1 SEK = 13.822 USD
when it should in fact be: 0.13822
I am using gnucash 2.2.6 with the latest GIT version of
Finance::Quote as of today.
