Tickets with non-ASCII contents show up incorrectly in 'sd server', because it's not setting a content-type on the page in any way, so my browser is defaulting to iso-latin-1. (For instance, this happens if you clone a trac instance with show_email_addresses=false, so that emails show up as e.g. "nelhage@…")

Fixed for 0.72. (Verified by viewing this ticket in SD)
