Hello, fellow Net::SMTP::TLS user,
as the module maintainer has been out of contact for a year, and some issues
have been fixed more than once independently, I have created a cumulative patch
against V 0.12 incorporating most of the fixes sent in below. Not included are
the "rude mail server" patch and the debug output of transmitted data, as these
problems require deeper changes to solve them properly.
Note that Net::SMTP::TLS is still not a drop-in replacement for Net::SMTP
because it croaks on network errors whereas Net::SMTP (as far as I can see)
does not.
