The %IANA has has 2 entries for the arin case, the first one being an IP
address and the second one being whois.arin.net
Since a few weeks there does not seem to be a whois server available at
the IP address used, the connection is refused. Everything works
correctly with the second entry.
The bugfix is thus to remove completely the IP address used for the arin
case in the %IANA hash. With that, the module starts again to work
correctly.
