Bug #48805 for List-AllUtils: Install failure

I have been unable to properly install this module. Note that I am less than a newbie in perl, maybe a "nobie". I am following the instruction in perlmodinstall, and this package does not comply with these instructions, nor does it have alternative instructions. Paul A.
