Relevant profile starts at like 759 of the profile file. Dates are: "Family Day" => "3/Mon/Feb", "Civic Holiday" => "1/Mon/Aug", The Civic holiday is known by a bunch of different names in different cities, but convention is just to call it Civic Holiday.

This is fixed in the next version 5.7 of Date::Calc, to be released soon.
