Subject: Add support for new/removed features in firmware rev 2
If we store firmware version (see rt.cpan.org #48628) then use this data to support firmware-specific features. eg, firmware rev 2 adds SPI support. http://www.elexol.com/Download/documents/EtherIO24R_UM1.pdf
