Subject: All the tests should use "127.0.0.1".
Dear Robin, As you can see from the cpan-testers report #4959408, all the tests fail under MSWIN32. But, all the tests pass, giving the host parameter of the new constructor the loop-back address "127.0.0.1" specifically. Although I'm not sure what the cause is, unlike Linux and so on, maybe "0.0.0.0" isn't a so-called loop-back address, nothing but the default gateway address under MSWIN32. Best regards, Taro Nishino

Yes, I already wondered whether that would work on all platforms. I tried 127.0.0.1 now in version 0.82 which I just uploaded. Thanks for noticing! Fixed in 0.82 now :-) Thanks! Robin
