Subject: Tests fail due to missing 'parent'
Tests fail under distributions, as parent is not marked as a test_requires in Makefile.PL/META.yml. Including this dependency explicitly will allow this module to be correctly built in an automated fashion by various OS distributions (e.g. Fedora). Actually, parent was only used in a recently added test lib. So, I've changed that to "use base" instead. Fixed in svn revision 11102.
