I appreciate that you've taken the time to test this module so
rigorously, but it makes it difficult for the users of my stuff to be
forced to install Test::Pod::Coverage, Test::Kwalitee,
Test::CheckManifest, and a bajillion dependencies just to get this one
very nice module into place.
Might it be possible to trim that dependencies list a bit?
