Todo: add an option to run dist_version taken from a module into a
normalized version tuple using Module::Build::Version.
E.g. In Foo.pm, $VERSION = 0.001, but dist_version would be v0.1.0
Apparently, this would be a nice feature for some people who want
"pretty" versions for tarballs and binary packages.
