Copyright and License Clarification

Hi: Your package is missing both copyright and license information. Ideally the copyright information should include years of copyright, names of copyright holders (which must be people or registered corporations), and contact e-mail addresses (for people). More importantly, license clarification is needed. There is nothing in any of the PODs to indicate this. The above mentioned information is required before we can upload this package to Debian, and subsequently blocks the upload of KiokuDB as well. If you're too busy to upload a new release to CPAN, feel free to note that information here and we can distribute version 0.03 immediately. Cheers, Jonathan
