Subject: Sys::Syslog 0.16 required but not listed in Makefile.PL
Hi, In Log::Dispatch::Syslog there is a requirement for Sys::Syslog 0.16, however this is not listed in the Log::Dispatch Makefile.PL. Perl 5.8.8 ships with version 0.13 of Sys::Syslog, so the effect is failing tests on that platform.
