This is a really minor point, which we can solve with a patch
downstream. Hopefully this isn't something you'd mind fixing upstream
though :-)
The POD for MARC::File::SAX is missing a section with a header "NAME",
with a short description of the file. You've got this perfectly in
MARC/File/XML.pm:
=head1 NAME
MARC::File::XML - Work with MARC data encoded as XML
We need something similar for MARC/File/SAX.pm; it's a requirement of
Debian policy as far as I know.
