Subject: Tests fail because t/db/book.db not shipped or built
Because t/db/book.db isn't in the manifest, nor automatically generated, none of the tests that use that database work. A simple "cd t/db;sqlite3 book.db <bookdb.sql" made the distro pass all tests, so maybe that can be done automatically.

Re-built distribution with book.db file (0.04002). The problem with building it automatically is that there is no easy way to require sqlite3 as a prereq.
