Subject: cpanplus wants to downgrade XMLRPC::Transport::POP3, due to previous versioned modules
current XMLRPC::Transport::POP3 does not have a $VERSION. however, previous SOAP-Lite-0.60a gave a 0.60 version to XMLRPC::Transport::POP3. therefore, cpanplus wants to downgrade to 0.60 (see ftp://mir1.ovh.net/ftp.cpan.org/modules/02packages.details.txt) i recommend providing $VERSION in every module of soap-lite.
