listing obsolete installed packages with cpanplus shows that
boulder::omim should be downgraded.
$ cpanp o
...
4 1.01 28051999.00 Boulder::Omim LDS
...
this comes from the fact that version 1.15 which is still on cpan has a
boulder::omim having a 28051999 version, which is of course greater than
the current one.
cf ftp://ftp.cpan.org/CPAN/modules/02packages.details.txt to see the
highest versions available for your modules.
i recommend removing those faulty dists from cpan, using pause.
(note: i'm not sure it will be enough, but at least that's a first step)
