I'm not sure what to make of this. The log doesn't make much sense. Since http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/D/Devel-NYTProf.html shows 114 PASSes for NYTProf 2.09 on 5.10.0 on OS X I'm betting that this is a local problem with your installation.
