Nope, it hasn't broken anything that I can tell, this was just
informative. I was not sure if the downgrade was intentional; that is, I
wasn't sure if there is a bug in the newest Module::Install that makes
such a downgrade necessary.
It was really just something peculiar I noticed when upgrading the
Debian package, and thought it might be useful to ask if there was a
reason/inform the upstream maintainer about the possible mistake.
