NoIndent is a nice feature.
A NoNewlines would be a nice enhancement. NoIndent seems to imply no
newlines, but XMLDecl is always put on a newline.
So, if NoNewlines were added, please consider XMLDecl and that it
should respect NoNewlines

I am not planning to add any new features to XML::Simple. If you have
strong feelings about the formatting of generated XML, I would suggest
using a templating tool.
