Subject: ExtUtils::Depends dependency fails
Hey - when I installed B::Hooks::OP::Check this morning via the CPAN shell I got the error "Could not find ExtUtils/Depends.pm in @INC...". I quickly realized this is probably because I don't have ExtUtils::Depends installed. Likely this is because someone forgot to list this dependency in the build.

It's specified as a configure requirement. With a toolchain supporting configure_requires, it'll work just fine. The latest version of CPAN and CPANPLUS do already support it.
