make tests fail because is.gd returns a different URL from what is expected: # Failed test at t/01_shorten.t line 11. # got: 'http://is.gd/ZNXY' # expected: 'http://is.gd/cZV6' both point to the same URL.

I'll chase this down with the is.gd guys; it's not my understanding that two short-urls should ever be generated for the same long-url. Depending on their response (or lack thereof) I'll either update or refactor the test.

I completely forgot to run this down until I was working in RT. I updated the bundled testcase to resolve the issue since the old testcase is broken on is.gd's end. Fixed in 0.02, on its way to CPAN. Thanks for the report.
