Jifty.pm 0.90619 used a "fork". This cause Jifty on Windows XP pro to crashe. (Jifty 0.80408 runs on the above system with perl 5.10.0, of course no statement with "fork")

Subject: Windows & Jifty 0.90619 compatibility
In the last revision (0.90619) used of "fork" made Jifty into a crash. Two modules has been identified: 1/Jifty::Script::Server "Sub run" call "Sub fork" that executes a fork at line 145. This package has been modified with fork in revision 6951. 2/Jifty.pm "Sub background" used also a fork
