Subject: for-example is broken
I wanted to try it out, but running the first example in the POD for-example catalyst/fastcgi apache2 standalone --package My::Application --hostname example.com --output my-application just yields this error message Can't locate object method "new" via package "App::ForExample" at /usr/bin/for-example line 6.

Solved by installing Moose 0.81. Perhaps you should bump the version number in the prereq section.
