Subject: missing file in tarball
the tarball for version 0.21.4 apparently doesn't include t/v2_config/servicegroups.cfg, so the tests fail. I see that it's in your git repo, tho..

It has been written that its fixed in version 0.21.4 but I am still getting error for missing file. I also browse the source location of 0.21.4/0.21.5 but could not find servicegroup.cfg file. A rebuild of the MANIFEST file eventually fixed this. Will be released in 0.25.6 shortly.
