http://search.cpan.org/~mhosken/Font-TTF-0.45/lib/Font/TTF/GPOS.pm says:
"l: The action array contains a list of lookups and offsets to run,
in order, on the matched string"
That made me think it was a list of (lookup, offset) pairs, but actually
it's a list (offset, lookup) pairs instead, which caused me confusion
for a while. So it might be nice if the documentation instead said
something more like:
"l: The action array contains a list of offsets and lookups to run,
in order, on the matched string"
so that it's clearer that offsets come first.
