Subject: build_requires in Build.PL not checked
I had forgotten to write a module into build_requires and have used this in a t-Script. This mistake was not found.

Yes this was the reason to create the ticket. I will create a minimal distibution to show the case. Plese wait. I can not do it before monday.

Here is an example distribution. A lot of modules at 01_basics.t are not written in Build.PL. I have looked for some different writings. All are inside of this distribution now.

This isn't something that I have time to work on, but if you come up with a patch let me know. This would be a new feature for Test::Prereq.
