Hiya.
Your Catalyst-Plugin-I18N-DBIC-0.04.tar.gz distribution unpacks to a
directory called 'catalyst_plugin_i18n_dbic', rather than the expected
'Catalyst-Plugin-I18N-DBIC-0.04'.
This is non-standard and confusing, and I see no good reason for it, and
it'll break some tools (it certainly breaks the Catalyst project smoke
tester).
I guess you're not building your dist using 'make dist', which would
generate a correct and standard tarball for you. I recommend that you
use this to build your distributions, and that you bump the version
number on this dist and re-release to fix this issue.
