There's a number of test failures accumulated in the CPAN Testers
results, and the common factor looks to be Test::Tester 1.04 plus a
Test::Builder in the 80s range somewhere.
It would be a good idea to do an incremental release of Test::NoWarnings
with updated dependencies (Test::Tester and Test::Builder) to flush out
these edge cases and restore Test::NoWarnings to 100% PASS.
