Subject: Missing =head1 NAME in some modules

Hi, While prepariing the Debian package of Pod-Abstract 0.17 I have found that some of the modules have no =head1 NAME section, resulting in man pages without 'whatis' entry. whatis entries are used for quick searching in all man pages so they are usualy useful. Attached is a patch that represents my attempt to remedy the situation. I have no deep knoweledge in Pod::Abstract so I am afraid the patch is only just a start. For example I have no Idea what to put in for Pod::Abstract::Filter::clear_podcmds. Thanks for considering, dam Debian Perl Group
All modules now have NAME sections as of Pod::Abstract 0.19, with a bit of information about what those things actually do. Cheers, Ben
