This Pod text under the "Locales" section may be simplified, because
DateTime does not run anymore on older Perls (judging from the "use
5.006" line in DateTime.pm):
"When using Perl 5.6.0 or greater, this will be a native Perl Unicode
string. When using older Perls, this will be a sequence of bytes
representing the Unicode character."
