POE::API::Peek and YAML are both only used tests, haven't tested the other "requirements" but check out your makefile docs and use a test_requires or something requires: File::Spec: 0 HTTP::Date: 0 HTTP::Status: 0 POE: 0.3007 POE::API::Peek: 0 YAML: 0
