There is a dependency on Data::Dumper 2.121_14, however the highest
version number available on CPAN is 2.121. Hence cpanp dies with the
following error message:
[ERROR] This distribution depends on Data::Dumper, but the latest
version of Data::Dumper on CPAN (2.121) doesn't satisfy the specific
version dependency (2.12114). You may have to resolve this dependency
manually.
And as far as I can tell, this dependency can be omitted since
Data::Dumper it not being used in the code at all.
