Hi,
While installing Devel::ebug on Windows ( Vista ) , the Expect module is
required for testing.
Expect fails to install on Windows, therefore the testing for the
Devel::ebug also fails.
Is there a way to test Devel::ebug so that it passes on Windows?

Even if you get Expect to install, Devel::ebug will fail due to RT #22837.

I'm open to suggestions for testing on windows -- I don't have windows so can't do so myself. This is also an old ticket, so I'm going to close it; open up new ones with further reports as needed (since there have been changes since then).
