it seems the new command is "kioku dump", so perhaps KiokuDB should ship a kiokudump command that tells everyone it is deprecated and how to use the new one?

The commands were deprecated in 0.08 and the deprecation wrappers were removed in 0.17. They were completetly removed because they make tab completion really annoying, and because I had assumed very few people actually had it installed at the time. I'll poke around to see if it's possible to delete old files using the installation toolchain from a dist.
