I'm getting errors when trying to install filter-extractsource.
The instructions say to enter the following commands:
1 perl Makefile.PL
2 make
3 make test
4 make install
Step 1 works. Steps 2-4 all say:
make.exe: *** No rule to make target
`C:\usr\local\perl5.8.9\libConfig.pm', needed by `Makefile'. Stop.
I'm running Perl on Windows XP Pro.
