Hello Marco,
Net/UCP/Common.pm has the "use 5.008007;" line on top of the file,
without any explanation why this minimum version is required. It is good
habit to have a comment along such a line to explain why this perl
version is needed. But I suspect that this line was just inserted by
h2xs, and there's no real reason for it.
The same applies to Net::UCP::TransactionManager and Net::UCP::IntTimeout.
