2. Install Object::InsideOut with CPAN

Now if I edit vim
/usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0/Object/InsideOut/Exception.pm and remove
the 1.26 on line 10 which reads:
use Exception::Class 1.26 (
...so that it reads:
use Exception::Class (
...Object::InsideOut works in that it actually loads but I haven't fully
tested it (as in I don't know if there is a difference in
Exception::Class version 1.26 and 1.27 that would break things).
