test run from lib/

I was trying to install Lingua::Stem. It tests lib/Lingua/test.pl . Should tests really run from lib/ directory? On a case-insensitive filesystem like Windows, having "test.pl" under lib is treated as "test.PL" which Build.PL attempts to execute during the build phase. (Not the test phase.) Unless someone says otherwise, I would consider this a bug in the Lingua-Stem dist. -- David
