Subject: Unrelated *_PROXY ENV variables are forced to be validated
Due to changes from RT #39919, all *_PROXY ENV variables are forced to be validated to a URI scheme. Unfortunately, some PROXY vars are unrelated and will then break this condition. Debian Bug #524515 shows this effect. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=524515 The debian-perl group have fixed this issue in debian package with the following patch: http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/pkg-perl/trunk/libwww-perl/debian/patches/sanitize-xxx_proxy.patch?content-type=text%2Fplain
