Hi!
Thanks for the bug report.
I don't recall receiving failing reports about that from the CPAN
Smokers, so it comes as a bit of a surprise to me. However, in the
last release there were some other issues that kept it from working
properly under Win32 anyway (namely, Module::Manifest's ->skipped
method)
I've forwarded this bug to the RT. If you find other issues in the
future, please file bugs there (it helps me keep track of them).
I'll get a fix out over the next few days.
