Subject: Needed change on Ubuntu 7.10
Date: Mon, 20 Apr 2009 18:33:10 -0700

From: Pradeep Sanders <psanders [...] ultraviolet.us>
Running RT 3.8.2 and ExternalAuth SVN (tried 0.08 first), I ended up having to modify webmux.pl to add "/usr/share/request-tracker3.8/local/ plugins/RT-Authen-ExternalAuth/lib/" to the list of libs that are set up initially in @INC. This is probably related to something odd in my install, but I thought I'd mention it in case anyone needed help. -Pradeep

This is done via the @Plugins directive in the SiteConfig. -- Mike Peachey mike@tpa.me.uk

Thanks, it turns out that although I had the line putting it into @Plugins, there was another set(@Plugins) line overriding it. I've fixed it and it works fine without the modification now. Sorry! -Pradeep On Apr 21, 2009, at 1:21 AM, mike@tpa.me.uk via RT wrote: Show quoted text
