Subject: ASX quote stopped working
Hi, I've noticed that the ASX.pm portion of finance::quote is not working anymore. I beleive that the url that the module uses is no longer valid and the tables have changed. No longer working: http://www.asx.com.au/asx/markets/PriceResults.jsp?method=get&template=F1001&ASXCodes=bhp returns a 404 Valid link to page but not working if asx.pm is altered to new url: http://www.asx.com.au/asx/markets/priceLookup.do?by=asxCodes&asxCodes=bhp%20cnx I guess it needs the url changing and the table extract stuff needs to change also. Sorry, Another thing... it seems they have also changed the website that at 4am AEST the values returned when requesting quote data are all reset to 0 until the trading starts for that day. So there is only a few hour window to retrieve quotes after market close. Cheers Steve
