Subject: Dependency is unmaintained.
http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=41946 LWPx::ParanoidAgent which requires LWP::Debug::debug is no longer in core LWP. LWPx::PA hasn't updated the makefile. LWP::Debug is also deprecated. There are lots of LWPx::ParanoidAgent tickets open.

LWP::UA is now let through by default if LWPx::PA isn't there and LWPx::PA is a only a recommended requirement. A non-dev release will be out after the dev ones pass a few CPAN testers. Thanks!
