Add POD about:
- preserving certain HTML::Entities you don't want stripped
- how this is not an HTML::Parser and is not intended to be
- modules that *are* an HTML::Parser for a less-quick-and-less-dirty cleanup of HTML into
plain text or whatever format you want (e.g to get the contents wrapped in a tagset and not just
the tags)
Add second arg for preserving certain HTML::Entities you don't want stripped
