Subject: cover -test should create cover_db is there is none
When running `cover -test` for the first time, it complains that cover_db does not exist. I think it should go ahead and create it!

I think this works correctly - I have never seen a case there this has been a problem. I am closing the ticket, but if you can reproduce the problem and are able to give a little more information so that I may also do so, then please reopen it. Thanks,
